Request account or data deletion

You can request deletion without installing or reopening the app.

  1. Email support@devlp.app with the subject “DEVLP account or data deletion request.”
  2. Use the email associated with your account and state whether you want your account or specific saved data removed. Do not attach player rosters or identity documents.
  3. We will verify ownership and confirm the affected records and any applicable retention before completing the request. Sending an email is a request, not confirmation that deletion has already occurred.

Current development version

Signed-in coaches have real cloud accounts. The separate founder preview stores its teams, rosters, favorites, custom practices and entered codes locally; use Privacy & Support → Clear local preview data to remove those local records. The development app provides Account & Cloud → Delete Account, with email verification and an explicit permanent-deletion confirmation. Its server function has passed live disposable-account tests for identity verification and saved-data removal. Native-device and delivered-email testing remain release requirements. The email request above remains available for help without opening the app. Owner accounts and their content workspace have a separate lifecycle.

In the live owner DEVO test, Delete my saved DEVO data removes your stored notes, feedback, reports, temporary receipts and AI permission from that server. It does not delete the owner account, curated content, independent exports, server backups or provider-held logs.

Subscriptions and shared records

Deleting data does not cancel a store subscription. A production deletion flow must provide subscription-management guidance, handle organization-owned shared records and disclose any legally required retention and backup expiry. That production workflow is still a release requirement.
