Privacy and your data

Development notice · Updated October 8, 2026. DEVLP is currently a private development product. This page describes private coach cloud testing, the local preview and the owner test. Production data handling and retention must be finalized before public enrollment.

Who the app is for

DEVLP is being built for adult coaches. Please use fictional players in the development preview. Do not enter children’s contact details, medical records or other sensitive information.

What is stored today

The mobile founder preview saves team names, age groups, schedules, city/state, rosters, position choices, favorites, custom drafts and entered invitation codes on that device. The separate signed-in coach experience uses Supabase for name, email, authentication and private cloud storage of teams, schedules, city/state, rosters, depth charts, favorites, custom practices and invitation codes. Cloud workspace data is held in app memory while signed in; sign-in credentials use secure native storage or browser session storage during web testing. The owner workspace separately uses Supabase for owner authentication and cloud content storage.

DEVO and OpenAI

Live DEVO runs in the owner test. With your explicit permission, DEVLP sends your question, conversation context, selected age, relevant coaching content and optional saved notes to OpenAI. Use anonymous examples. OpenAI API data is not used for training by default; provider abuse-monitoring retention is generally up to 30 days, with exceptions. See OpenAI’s data controls.

Turning off sharing prevents new live DEVO questions. It cannot recall information already transmitted. Conversation messages remain in the page until cleared/reloaded. The server holds up to 100 recent response receipts temporarily, eligible for reporting for up to 24 hours. Feedback, response reports and saved notes persist when you choose to save them. They are not automatic model training.

Your controls

In the owner test, turn sharing off, remove coaching notes or delete saved DEVO data. These controls do not delete your owner account or provider-held logs. Server recovery copies, where configured, require separate retention handling. In the mobile preview, Privacy & support offers a local preview reset.

Before public launch

The production notice must identify the operating legal entity, final service providers, actual retention periods, organization responsibilities and applicable rights. These are open release requirements. No claim of completed legal review is made here.
